Residential Closing Processor needed for our established fast-paced real estate law firm. Coordinate and prepare closing documents for transactions. Interact with buyers, sellers, real estate agents and lenders to assemble information to handle closing. Receive title search reports from in-house title examiners and prepare title commitments and policies. Position also requires ability to handle the escrow file accounting on each transaction. Experience in this industry is preferred. Must have excellent organizational skills, be computer proficient, and have the ability to work well with details, deadlines and people.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
