Job Description:

Work in a team environment to contribute to drug substance process development.
Contribute to technology development projects to seek continuous improvement in reliability and efficiency.
Execute mammalian cell culture experiments at different scales in shake flasks, culture bags and bioreactors.
Execute purification experiments, mainly filtration, chromatography and UFDF, at different scales.
Program automation for process equipment including benchtop bioreactors, chromatography systems, and robotic liquid handling systems.
Execute process/equipment troubleshooting.
Design experiments and analyze the data using visualization and analytics software.
Document experimental data in lab notebooks.
Communicate findings through reports and presentations
Needs example of software they have used for design experiments and analyze the data using visualization and analytics software
