The expected annual salary range for this role is $101250.0 - $148500.0 a year.

The Polymer Lab Manager provides technical and project leadership as a critical member of the Materials Development Laboratory (MDL) team at Eaton’s Thomas A. Edison Technical Center in Franksville, WI (about 20 miles south of Milwaukee).
In this role, you will coordinate electrical, physical, chemical, and analytical testing. You will also provide technical direction in the development of a broad spectrum of materials, manufacturing processes and products – with an emphasis on the application of dielectric materials. This role is a centralized resource that will lead lab staff and support product line staff from a variety of teams. The Polymer Lab Manager will report directly to the Materials Development Lab Manager.
