Job Responsibilities:

• Align and Prioritize NAFA Objectives & Goals with Corporate Objectives and Strategy.
• Administration of G and O Development, Budget Development and Monitoring for Corrective Action.
• Managing Timeliness and Quality of NAFA Deliverables (Results, Reports, KPI, Profitability).
• Management of NAFA Projects (Quality, Timeliness, Resources, Reporting, ROI Achievement).
• Enhance Governance Model, Gap Analysis and Countermeasure Development for Corporate Trust and Reliability.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
• 8+ years of relevant experience
• Industry and Supervisory experience
• Leadership Skills
• Project Management Certification (PMP), preferred

Salary:

• $123,000 - $143,000
