About the Role:

CrowdStrike Services is seeking a Platform Professional Services Senior Consultant specialized in AI for Detection and Response who would be responsible for the planning, deployment, implementation, and operational support of the CrowdStrike platform’s AI capabilities. This role will focus specifically on leveraging Falcon’s Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) technologies to enhance threat detection, automate response workflows, and maximize security outcomes for customers. The Platform Professional Services Senior Consultant will have responsibility for all aspects of the deployment from the initial customer engagement, planning, installation, optimization/utility and follow-on customer support for the CrowdStrike platform's AI-powered detection and response capabilities.


What You'll Do:

Deployment and Operations activities may include:

  1. Providing technical implementation, configuration, and troubleshooting assistance with the deployment of Falcon's AI-powered detection and response capabilities
  2. Assist customers in optimizing AI-driven threat detection models and automated response workflows
  3. Configure and tune machine learning algorithms to reduce false positives while maintaining high detection efficacy
  4. Develop and implement AI-driven automation playbooks for security operations
  5. Troubleshoot AI-related customer issues across small to large enterprises
  6. Develop scripting and application solutions using Falcon APIs to enhance AI capabilities
  7. Work closely with customers to interpret AI-generated alerts and findings
  8. Leverage CrowdStrike's AI capabilities to enhance vulnerability prioritization and asset management
  9. Assist customers with integrating Falcon's AI capabilities into their existing security tools and workflows
  10. Support Incident Response teams with AI-powered threat hunting and forensic analysis
  11. Develop and lead AI skills workshops for the Platform Professional Services team
  12. Work collaboratively with the Platform Professional Services team to develop customer-facing AI collateral
  13. Ability to travel up to 25% of the time


What You'll Need:

  1. 8 years experience performing IT deployments or in an end user/customer environment
  2. Strong understanding of AI and machine learning concepts, particularly in cybersecurity applications
  3. Strong understanding of software deployment technologies
  4. Very knowledgeable on Windows, Mac, and Linux platforms
  5. Experience with AI-powered security tools and platforms
  6. Knowledge of data science principles and their application to security operations
  7. Experience with security automation and orchestration platforms
  8. Very knowledgeable on Windows, Mac, and Linux platforms
  9. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  10. Skillful communication and effective ability to build collaborative relationships
  11. Strong experience presenting technical AI content to various audiences
  12. Strong experience in computer and network systems security
  13. Solid analytical/problem solving skills with capability to identify solutions to unusual and complex problems
  14. Proactive and thorough ability to manage work and prioritize customer projects
  15. Experience mentoring team members
  16. Some experience leading a team to complete projects
  17. High level of motivation; self-starter; results driven
  18. Potential for travel and assignment work exists


Experience in the following areas preferred:

  1. Endpoint Security: Falcon platform (preferred), AV, and EDR solutions
  2. AI/ML Technologies: Experience with machine learning models, natural language processing, anomaly detection, writing prompts
  3. Programming for AI: Python, R, or similar languages for data analysis and model development, working with agents and/or building agents
  4. Operating Systems: Windows, Linux, Mac
  5. Software Deployment: SCCM, Group Policy, McAfee EPO, IBM BigFix, Puppet, Chef, Citrix, PDQ, PsExec
  6. Development: PowerShell, Python, Bash, Batch
  7. Technologies: Experience with Host based firewall, File Integrity Management, Data Protection, Vulnerability Management, Attack Surface Management, IT Automation
  8. Compliance: CIS Benchmarks, STIGs, PCI, HIPPA
  9. Database: SIEM, MSSQL, Splunk, LogScale
  10. Identity: Identity, Active Directory, Azure-AD, SSO
  11. Cloud: AWS, Azure, and GCP

The base salary range for this position for all U.S. candidates is $115,000 - $160,000 per year, with eligibility for bonuses, equity grants and a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, 401k and paid time off.
