Job Description:

Using provided computing infrastructure and hardware, The NICE CxCloud Subject Matter Expert (SME), will work with the customer team to serve as the subject matter expert and API designer for the NICE CxCloud including the following components:

1. NICE ENGAGE (Call Recording and Quality Assurance) system
2. NICE WFM (Workforce Management) System
3. JTAPI Interfaces to external Systems
4. NICE outbound Dialer
5. NICE Quality Management Analytics
6. Nice Feedback Manager
7. NICE Screen Recording
