Infinity Classics, a leading lifestyle fashion company, located in Linden, NJ, is looking for an experienced, talented, Digital Retoucher to join our creative team. Candidate will be responsible for retouching Images for both e-commerce and print. Position works closely with the creative team to assure post-production standards are met and remain consistent throughout process. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Own the post-production of all visual content- retouching, color matching, and reviews/approvals, for ecommerce and lifestyle.
-Collaborate and communicate with Product Developers, Retouchers, Art Directors, and Photographers to ensure workflows and efficiencies are maintained.
-Partner with key members of the Digital Operations Team to consistently elevate brand imagery
-Apply technical skills to achieve high-end retouching, compositing and color matching for all web and print imagery. Must have an in-depth understanding of fabric flows, shadow and lighting.
-Execute color correction using product samples for Digital and Print.
-Coordinate file transfers, workload and deadlines for off-site Retouchers as needed
-Utilize multi-layered non-destructive editing processes
-Knowledge of actions, standard file structure, masks, and clipping paths
-Have ability to composite product into existing lifestyle imagery, creating realistic highlights and shadows while preserving texture, perspective, and depth of the product.
-Edit dynamic image formats (Time lapse, animated GIFs, etc.) for ecommerce and social media purposes. (Strong plus but not required)
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
-At least 3-5 years of digital photo retouching experience, with an emphasis on product imagery
-Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite - Photoshop and Bridge
-Must have an unparalleled level of attention to detail
-Self-sufficient problem solver willing to take initiative, but can take direction within a small team
-Willing and open to receiving constructive feedback and be able to apply adjustments quickly and accurately
-Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills to communicate effectively across team and departments when completing assignments
-Must be reliable, have time management skills and be well organized
-Must have the ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects to meet deadlines
-Knowledge of Lytho or other project management software a plus
-Video editing experience a plus (After Effects, Premier)
Salary commensurate with experience. This is an in-person position.
