Clutch is looking for an Account Supervisor with pharmaceutical advertising agency experience for a client of ours.

Responsibilities:

• Develop client strategies and marketing deliverables.
• Manage budgets within strict time deadlines.
• Build strong client relationships.
• Foster teamwork and staff creativity.
• Oversee a team of creatives in the account space.
• Proactively address client issues.
• Contribute to agency growth and profitability.
• Provide leadership, mentoring and client guidance.

Requirements:

• Bachelors in Marketing, Advertising, or Integrated Marketing.
• 4+ years of advertising or marketing agency experience.
• 4+ years in pharmaceutical advertising (patient focused)
• Experience with rare diseases strongly preferred.
• Excellent writing and communication abilities.
• Creative and strategic thinking.
• Strong initiative, leadership skills, and work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
