What You Can Expect

 

As a Power & Renewables Investment Analyst, you will work on a small deal team responsible for underwriting, portfolio monitoring and marketing, where each member makes an integral contribution to the business, while gaining exposure to renewable power and utilities from large, public companies to smaller, privately-held companies. You will learn investing in senior debt, subordinated debt, and structured equity. You will have direct interaction with senior management and be an important part of our team. We provide our analysts with valuable learning and growth opportunities.

 

What You Will Bring

 

  • Accredited bachelor’s degree or enrolled in an accredited bachelor’s program graduating in Spring 2023; coursework in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field is preferred
  • Strong analytical, writing, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Familiarity with the capital markets (knowledge of debt and equity security terms and valuation methodologies) is a plus
  • Minimum 3.0 GPA

Note: Prudential is required by state specific laws to include the salary range for this role when hiring a resident in applicable locations. The salary range for this role is $80,000 to $85,000. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills. Roles may also be eligible for additional compensation and/or benefits. Eligibility to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
