Personal Trainer/Health and Wellness Specialist Salary : $35,568 per year

Personal Trainer/Health and Wellness Specialist Job Type : Full Time

Personal Trainer/Health and Wellness Specialist Responsibilities :

• Providing fitness consultations for new and existing Y members
• Giving expert guidance on maintaining a healthy lifestyle to members of all demographics
• Creating client retention through progressive exercise prescription
• Meeting the needs of members in a safe and effective manner

Personal Trainer/Health and Wellness Specialist Qualifications :

• 18 years or older with a high school diploma or equivalent
• Have a nationally recognized personal training certification (ACSM, NSCA, NASM, or ACE)
• Are able to perform First Aid/CPR/AED/Emergency Oxygen services (training provided)
• 1+ years of experience in a supervisory capacity
• Are able to motivate, educate, develop and inspire others
