Fast growing Personal Injury Law Firm in Los Angeles seeking a skilled and detail oriented Personal Injury Demand Writer to join our team. This role requires exceptional writing skills, a deep understanding of personal injury claims, and the ability to draft persuasive demand letters that effectively outline liability, damages, and the impact of injuries. Bilingual in Spanish a plus.

Duties:

1. Draft detailed and compelling demand letters by reviewing and analyzing case files, including medical records, police reports, and other relevant documents.
2. Summarize medical treatment and calculate damages.
3. Thoroughly communicate case detail and expectations to clients over the phone.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience in personal injury demand writing or copywriting.
2. Exceptional writing and editing skills with attention to detail.
3. Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
