Fast growing Personal Injury Law Firm in Los Angeles seeking a skilled and detail oriented Personal Injury Demand Writer to join our team. This role requires exceptional writing skills, a deep understanding of personal injury claims, and the ability to draft persuasive demand letters that effectively outline liability, damages, and the impact of injuries. Bilingual in Spanish a plus.

Duties:

• Draft detailed and compelling demand letters by reviewing and analyzing case files, including medical records, police reports, and other relevant documents.
• Summarize medical treatment and calculate damages.
• Thoroughly communicate case detail and expectations to clients over the phone.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in personal injury demand writing or copywriting.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
