Harmoney Agency is a fast-growing digital marketing agency, working across diverse industries including e-commerce, technology, and services. We are looking for a skilled Performance Marketing Manager to lead data-driven advertising campaigns and drive measurable growth for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and optimize paid digital campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.) across multiple industries.
• Manage campaign budgets and performance metrics such as CPA, ROAS, and ROI.
• Lead and support a team of media executives/freelancers to ensure effective execution.
• Collaborate closely with content and design teams to develop compelling creatives.
• Analyze campaign data, create performance reports, and make data-informed decisions.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in digital advertising.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing (agency experience preferred).
• Proficient in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and tracking tools such as Google Analytics, GTM, etc.
• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
• Experience managing advertising budgets of 500M VND/month or more is a strong plus.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and time management skills.
