The Role

We are looking for a flexible and detail oriented People Ops Coordinator with a knack for providing an amazing employee experience!

This is an exciting opportunity to support Pathrise's human resources processes and facilitate a supportive, welcoming company culture for a mission-driven, series A company with over 80 employees and dozens of part-time mentors and specialists. The mission of the People Operations team is to retain top talent who drive business results by creating a workplace environment that unites employees around our mission and promotes employee flourishing.

Qualities we are looking for in our People Operations Coordinator:

• Proactive: You're self motivated and have a founder mindset when it comes to tackling tasks

- Detail oriented: You cross your T's and dot your I's - nothing falls through the cracks with you!

• Event planning: You know how to plan seamless employee engagement events, such as virtual mixers and company retreats

Qualifications

• • At least 6 months of experience with people ops and/or event planning
  • Available for a minimum of 10 hours a week
  • Ability to build rapport with employees and foster a welcoming, inclusive environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Impeccable attention to detail

Responsibilities

• • Assist the Head of People Ops with event planning
  • Provide additional support to the People Operations and Recruiting team by assisting with company surveys, performance reviews, and other people operations initiatives
  • Assist with people team compliance standards and practices
  • Support people data reporting and analytics
  • Help create an incredible employee experience by assisting with onboarding and offboarding tasks
  • Process ongoing employee data changes in HRIS and other people systems to ensure our people data is always top notch
