What You’ll Do:

1. Manage phones, appointments, and front office flow
2. Welcome patients warmly, keep them informed, and elevate their experience
3. Coordinate intake, treatment timing, and team communication
4. Maintain a clean, calm, and brand-aligned environment
5. Support the clinical team as needed
