Nature of Duties:

Operates a multi-line switchboard, directing calls and scheduling patient appointments according to clinic guidelines.

Qualifications:

1. High school diploma preferred
2. Experience with a multi-line switchboard preferred
3. Strong communication skills

Specific Duties:

1. Answer 100-150 incoming calls daily.
2. Accurately schedule appointments and route messages to the correct team.
3. Ensure proper documentation in the medical record.
4. Meet performance goals (e.g., 85% calls answered in under 30 seconds, less than 10% abandonment rate).
5. Perform other related duties as needed to support clinic operations.

Compensation: Pay starting at $17.87.
