We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Isabel. The ideal candidate will possess outstanding communication skills to build relationships with clientele, be excited to learn about our brands in the store while also having the knowledge to inform clientele about the brands, excel in positive customer service to create a comfortable and safe environment, and overall be excited to be apart of the team! As a retail sales associate, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales, building client relationships, and elevating the overall aesthetic of Isabel.

Responsibilities:

• Greet clientele as they come in.
• Being able to make conversation, build relationships, and help clientele if needed
• Learn and become knowledgeable on the brands we offer
• Be able to use a POS system effectively to check clientele out
• Be able to be positive and be a part of continuing a comfortable and safe environment
• Setting up or fixing sales merchandise
• Collaborative and a team player with other sales associate
• Honest recommendations and help styling.
• Loves everything about fashion and social media!

Qualifications:

• Prior retail experience
• Great communication skills
• Experience working with a team and being positive
• Able to be flexible
