Need to live and reside 45 minutes from San Jose, California

Our real estate team has been growing and we need hungry talent! We are looking for a showing partner. This is a fast paced work environment. The role requires the person to be a licensed Bay Area Realtor and have Supra access. I will cover the fees for these subscriptions.

Must have weekends open for showings as that is when most home showings/open houses will be and work 1 day on the weekdays (W/Th/Fr)

Newer agents preferred.

This is for those hungry individuals that have a positive attitude, and coachable.

Responsibilities include:

Follow up calls on leads and assist with nurturing

Show homes to clients

Host Open House and get new clients

Door Knock neighbors to invite them to open house (as needed)

Help host local events

Calling other real estate agents

Must have clean driving record and license.

Growth opportunities especially to transition as a buyer's agent if you wanted to

Work schedule typically Wednesday/Th/Friday (1 day) and the weekends 9-6PM

Salary: $22/hour + mileage reimbursement

If you don't already have CAR/Silvar/Supra access, I will cover your set up fees but if you leave/get terminated within 6 months, you will need to reimburse the setup fees.
