*Paralegal (experience preferred) for sole practitioner, who practices in the areas of family law, criminal law, auto accidents / personal injury law, wills, trusts, estate planning, probate, civil litigation, business law, real estate law, arbitration and mediation.

*Prepare correspondence, pleadings, complaints, answers, motions, oppositions, etc.

*Prepare discovery, including disclosures, interrogatories, admissions, requests for production, subpoenas, etc.

*Prepare case(s) for evidentiary hearing(s) / trial(s).

*Correspond and communicate with clients, etc.

*Answer phones and schedule appointments.

*Work side-by-side with one attorney, another paralegal and legal support staff in a small office setting.

*Bilingual in Spanish - preferred.
