We are looking for a creative, organized, and tech-savvy Social Media Specialist to help grow our online presence, engage our audience, and manage our content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and more.

Job Description

We’re seeking a Social Media Specialist who will serve as the hub of all social media activity via Metricool, our primary social media management tool. You will plan, schedule, and analyze content, while maintaining consistent branding across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage and schedule posts on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and other platforms using Metricool.
2. Maintain a consistent brand voice and aesthetic across all channels.
3. Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries.
4. Track and report analytics and growth metrics monthly.
5. Assist with basic ad campaigns and audience targeting.
6. Collaborate with the team to create content ideas and campaigns.
7. Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience managing social media platforms professionally.
2. Proficiency in Metricool — must be comfortable scheduling, reporting, and analyzing content through the platform.
3. Strong understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and engagement strategies.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
5. Basic graphic design or content creation skills preferred (Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar).
6. Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple platforms simultaneously.
7. Passion for entertainment, film, and digital media.

Compensation & Benefits:

1. Trial Period: $300 a month for 60 days
2. Monthly Rate after Trial: $500-$800 (depending on experience and scope)
3. Flexible work hours, remote work possible

Pay: From $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 2 – 6 per week
