Job Description:


We are looking to add a Yourgi Paid Media Manager to our team!



LOCATION: Fully Remote (U.S.-based & occasional travel)

REPORTS TO: Director of Marketing



CORE RESPONSIBILITES:

  1. Develop and manage a full-funnel paid media strategy across platforms including Meta, Google, YouTube, LinkedIn, Reddit, TikTok, TV, out-of-home, and others
  2. Lead media planning, buying, budgeting, testing frameworks, and ongoing optimization
  3. Monitor and analyze campaign performance, translating data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations
  4. Track, manage, and report on all paid media spend
  5. Collaborate with creative and content teams to ensure assets are optimized for performance and aligned with brand standards
  6. Partner with influencer, organic social, and lifecycle marketing leads to maintain cohesive messaging and integrated channel strategies
  7. Stay informed on platform updates, algorithm shifts, competitive trends, and emerging ad technologies
  8. Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, including Meta, Google, and TikTok reps
  9. Oversee proper implementation of pixels, conversion tracking, UTMs, and event-based targeting in partnership with dev and analytics teams
  10. Support forecasting efforts for spend, performance, and acquisition targets
  11. Contribute to crisis management planning alongside our PR agency


REQUIREMENTS:

Education & Experience:


  1. 5–7+ years of hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns in-house or at an agency, ideally within a fast-paced DTC, marketplace, or service-based environment
  2. Demonstrated expertise in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads, with strong experience running multi-channel performance campaigns
  3. Strong understanding of digital media measurement, attribution models, and performance analytics
  4. Proven ability to turn complex data into clear, actionable insights
  5. Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
  6. Experience supporting both B2C and B2B acquisition strategies is a plus
  7. Passion for pets and an interest in making pet care simpler is a bonus
