What You’ll Do

  2. Collaborate cross-functionally with project teams to deliver seamless integration of PACS, RIS, EMR, and radiology workflow solutions
  3. Provide Tier II/III support for production systems, including Windows, SQL, IIS, Active Directory, and network components
  4. Analyze logs and network traffic to resolve application stability and performance issues
  5. Conduct on-premise server/workstation installs with high attention to healthcare security and compliance standards
  6. Actively contribute to documentation, process improvements, and internal training

What We’re Looking For

  2. Hands-on experience with PACS/RIS systems (e.g., Visage, GE, Philips, Agfa)
  3. Strong background in Windows stack troubleshooting (Windows Server, IIS, SQL, AD)
  4. Working knowledge of radiology workflows, EMRs, and clinical systems
  5. Experience with SQL query writing, system performance tuning, and diagnostics
  6. Excellent communication skills and ability to lead technical conversations with customers
  7. Availability for on-call support rotations (24/7 occasional) and limited travel

Nice to Have

  2. Background supporting Nuance or similar diagnostic software platforms
  3. Certifications in Microsoft, Cisco, VMware, or healthcare IT a plus
