UP Venture Media is seeking an experienced Outreach & Partnerships Manager to spearhead our efforts in building, nurturing, and optimizing strategic relationships across our digital marketing ecosystem. This role requires a deep understanding of SEO, online marketing, affiliate networks, and the dynamics of online business models. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in forging mutually beneficial partnerships, connecting high-authority publishers with purchasers to drive measurable results.

As a key leader in our team, you will shape the partnership strategy, oversee its execution, and contribute significantly to the growth of UP Venture Media.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and research potential media partners, including online publications, magazines, and newspapers.
• Conduct outreach via email, calls, and networking to establish partnerships.
• Explain our business model and how media partners can benefit from working with us.
• Negotiate and close agreements, ensuring terms align with business objectives.
• Manage relationships with new and existing partners to maximize long-term collaboration.
• Onboard new media partners, guiding them through integration into our ecosystem.
• Track performance and optimize partnerships, ensuring they contribute to business growth.
• Collaborate with internal teams (SEO, content, and marketing) to align partnership strategies.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor strategies to enhance outreach efforts.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in outreach, partnerships, sales, or business development.
• Strong understanding of digital media, online publishing, and content partnerships.
• Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to communicate complex business models in a clear and persuasive way.
• Proactive, self-starter with a results-driven mindset.
• Experience using CRM tools, outreach automation, and tracking partner performance.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple outreach efforts simultaneously.
