We are seeking an experienced Oracle Service Cloud (OSvC) Technical Consultant with a strong background in RightNow customization and integrations. The ideal candidate will have expertise in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and REST APIs, along with hands-on experience in OSvC BUI, Agent Desktop, and workflow automation. This role requires excellent problem-solving and technical skills to optimize service cloud implementations and drive seamless customer experiences.

Responsibilities

✔ Lead Oracle Service Cloud (OSvC) implementation, customization, and support.

✔ Develop custom scripts, event handlers, workflows, and business rules for optimized system functionality.

✔ Design and implement REST API integrations with external systems.

✔ Configure email and mailbox management within OSvC to enhance communication workflows.

✔ Optimize customer portals using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for enhanced UI/UX.

✔ Troubleshoot complex technical issues and drive service cloud efficiency.

✔ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless configuration and integration.

Qualifications

🎯 Extensive experience in Oracle Service Cloud (RightNow) customization and implementation.

🎯 Strong hands-on expertise with OSvC BUI and Agent Desktop.

🎯 Proficiency in PHP, .NET, and JavaScript, with deep technical knowledge of service cloud workflows.

🎯 Expertise in REST APIs, facilitating seamless integrations with external platforms

🎯 Familiarity with Knowledge Advanced, Guided Assist, and case routing modules.

🎯 Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

🎯 Certifications in Oracle Service Cloud or related technologies.

🎯 Experience with Agile development methodologies and iterative project management.
