Position: Oracle PL/SQL Developer

Position Location: Pittsburgh, PA, Strongsville, OH, Birmingham, AL, Dallas, TX, Phoenix, AZ

Ability to work remote: HYBRID 3 days office / 2 days remote

Acceptable time zone(s): EST (candidate must be able to work EST)

Technology Satellites: Cincinnati, OH, Miamisburg, OH, Downers Grove, IL,

Overland Park, KS, Philadelphia, PA, Columbus, OH, Little Rock, AR, Jacksonville, FL

Days of the week: WEEKDAYS (occasional weekend coverage for releases)

Working Hours (Flexible): 8:30a – 4:30p

OT: Yes (Will need prior authorization)

Duration: 8 Months to hire

Contract to Hire W2

Industry background: Financial Service Background / Regulatory reporting experience preferred

Team Dynamic: consists of 10+ members

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Modify existing databases and database management systems.
• Write and code logical and physical database descriptions and specify identifiers of database to management system or direct others in coding descriptions.
• Work as part of a project team to coordinate database development and determine project scope and limitations.
• Review project requests describing database user needs to estimate time and cost required to accomplish project.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Must Have Technical Skills:

• OAS reports development
• Oracle / PL SQL development
• Axiom configuration

Flex Skills/Nice to Have:

• Unix Knowledge
• CA7 Knowledge

Soft Skills:

1. Excellent written and verbal communication skills

2. Able to work independently or collaborate with team

Education/Certifications: Experience is most important

Interview Process:

1st interview: 60 min (Hiring Manger + team members)

2nd interview: 60min (Hiring Manager + team members)
