CentiMark Corporation is the nation’s largest commercial roofing company and we are seeking an experienced industry professional for our Operations Manager position in our Baton Rouge, LA location to successfully lead the office and surrounding areas. The Operations Manager will supervise, coordinate and ensure the timely installation and completion of commercial roofing projects both for Production and Service. They will be responsible for managing employee relations, job supervision and customer satisfaction.

This position is paying $75k - $90k base, with lucrative bonus opportunities!

Candidate Requirements:

• 5+ Years exp in Commercial Roofing REQUIRED
• Ability to manage and motivate
• A valid driver’s license
• Operations management experience required
• A comprehensive understanding of the commercial roofing industry is required
