Our client is seeking a Operations Analyst to join their team! This is a remote position.

Duties:

1. Collaborate with the Investment team to track and maintain a detailed pipeline of all active investment opportunities
2. Ensure timely updates and communication regarding the status of ongoing deals and investment activities
3. Work closely with the finance team to support quarterly financial reporting processes related to portfolio companies
4. Assist in collecting, organizing, and analyzing financial and operational data from portfolio companies
5. Help coordinate cross-functional efforts between investment and finance teams to ensure accurate and timely reporting

Desired Skills/Experience:

1. 2+ years of relevant professional experience in operations, finance, investment support, or a related field
2. Experience using Sales Cloud, specifically for updating and maintaining data
3. Familiarity or prior exposure to private equity or investment firm environments
4. Comfortable interfacing with executives and senior stakeholders in a professional setting

The approximate pay range for this position is between $25.09 and $35.84. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
