Operations Coordinator II

REMOTE (Pacific work hours)

12 months W2 ONLY

Pay rate range: $40 - $50/hr. W2 with benefits

Product Operations role to incubate new processes as part of a highly entrepreneurial and highly cross functional vertical. Looking for a mixture of skills and enthusiasm for process excellence, data, automation, and solving new challenges, in a supportive and collaborative environment.

This team is responsible for understanding & preventing fraud & abuse in this Ecosystem. We partner across teams and multiple product areas to fight fraud & abuse globally.

The scope of our platform provides exposure to commerce, transactions, & the digital landscape in a highly collaborative team environment. We move quickly from user insights to feature development, policy development, and implementation. We most often work with Product and Engineering to build out new features and processes, along with our gUP teams for user insights, and Business Development teams across developers & partners.

We are looking for an operations and automation role to assist on critical projects, including:

1. Incubate new processes to scale & streamline fraud investigation & resolution
2. Business and metrics monitoring and reporting
3. Applying process excellence & operational rigor
4. Tracking Key KPIs for our programs and ecosystem health
5. Develop innovative monitoring & communication solutions with a goal to automate whenever possible
6. Support global teams on triage & intake of partner escalations
7. Ensure process, data, and policy connectivity between related initiatives
8. Organize and codify insights from high priority fraud & abuse cases, including data standardization
9. Develop content that serves as a resource across teams and for internal & external top priority partners
