Thrive Academy is currently seeking dedicated and passionate online English teachers to join our growing team. As a modern educational institution committed to helping students “thrive,” we provide high-quality, interactive, and immersive English lessons for learners of different ages and proficiency levels. Due to the expansion of our online programs, we are looking for enthusiastic English teachers who love teaching, speak fluent English, and are ready to bring creativity and energy to the virtual classroom.

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering live online lessons covering grammar, speaking, reading, writing, and other key language skills. Our students range from young children to teenagers and adults. You will need to prepare lessons carefully based on the Thrive Academy teaching system, design engaging and interactive class activities, and track students’ learning progress after class. Regular feedback to parents or academic advisors will also be part of your duties. In addition, you will participate in online teaching research and course development activities, help optimize teaching materials and digital tools, and have the opportunity to organize online English corners, themed salons, and other extracurricular events to create a supportive and enjoyable language learning environment.

We are looking for candidates with a bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in English, education, or a related field. You must have accurate English pronunciation and natural, fluent oral expression. Priority will be given to those who hold certificates such as TEM-8, IELTS 7.0+, TOEFL 100+, TESOL, or TEFL. Previous online teaching experience is a plus, but outstanding fresh graduates are also welcome to apply. You should have a reliable home teaching setup, including stable internet, a webcam, and a headset with microphone, and be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
