Real Estate company focusing on new developments in the NYC area is seeking an on-site leasing agent. The compensation range is 70K to 120K with commission depending on experience

Business hours: 5-day availability, with at least 1 weekend day, preferably both - 2 consecutive days off (ex: Thursday-Monday, off Tuesday and Wednesday). 8-hour workdays, time depends on role/building.

The ideal candidate holds the following credentials:

• 2+ years of on-site agent leasing experience; on-site experience focusing in new development .
• Experience on a project (doing a lease-up beginning to end)
• Proficiency in Excel
• Real estate license +

The responsibilities are as followed but not limited to:

• Identify new opportunities to generate leads and prospect new business
• Have direct involvement during the leasing process and transactions
• Maintain regularly scheduled open houses
• Schedule appointments and follow-up with all clients

Other qualifications:

• Experience with scheduling
• Understanding the workflow (ex: has dealt directly with project managers, coordinating agents, directors, owners, etc.)
• Real estate sales experience, hands-on and specific to NY
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Time management skills
• Fast learning and always eager to learn
• Be passionate about real estate
