Responsibilities:

Engage potential donors through meaningful conversations, educating them about our causes and inspiring them to contribute.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, demonstrating genuine passion for the causes we support.
Achieve fundraising targets and goals while ensuring an exceptional donor experience.
Collaborate with the team to develop innovative fundraising strategies and campaigns.

Requirements:

Proven experience in sales, fundraising, or a related field.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to empathize and connect with people from diverse backgrounds.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
Passionate about making a positive impact on society and the environment.
Weekend availability is required.
