Sell New Homes for a highly reputable New Home Builder in a luxury New Home community in Klamath Falls, Oregon. The candiate must have some experience in home sales for a minimum of two years, preferably some New Home sales experience but not required. The position will require the candidate to staff an on-site Sales Center at the community location, present the Models, discuss amenities and benefits of the homes and the Community, process Purchase Contracts, manage escrows and manage the buyer experience from contract to closing.

The successful candidate must be available to staff the on-site Sales Office on weekends, manage a database of leads and prospects, process Real Estate contracts and manage pending escrows through to closing.

New Home experience is desired but not mandatory, the task can be taught with transferable skills from another Sales related job experience. An Oregon Real Estate Broker is required.

Income opportunity is generous based on sales volume. Start date is estimated to be approximately August 1, 2024.
