About You:

• Are you a topical expert with an energy that fills a room?
• Do you love to ask questions, prompt discussion, & have experience in training?
• Do you have a large network & can gradually build your learner base?

Role of a Facilitator:

• As a facilitator, you’re not expected to produce hours of pre-recorded fancy videos but rather architect a live experience for learners.
• In fact, the content creation is far less than most non-live courses. It’s more about people than stuffy content.
• Using our best-in-class learning platform and our training, you’ll quickly build your topical workshops and then market them to your networks and across social media. And you’ll receive the vast majority of your workshop’s proceeds.
• While we discuss a methodology & general guideline for best practice, we look to our facilitators to do things in their own way. Join a community of other Klatch Facilitators learning and supporting each other to transform continuing education!

Compensation & Details:

• Klatch Facilitators are independent contractors joining our larger learning community.
• Revenue sharing, 93-7 (Facilitator-Klatch) split for all leads Facilitator originates; 50-50 for all leads Klatch originates. All payment processing fees are paid by learners.
• Note: Klatch facilitators market their live workshops which they can launch in minutes using our fully integrated platform & the support of our robust virtual facilitator community, training, marketing advice, and more!
