The Mortgage Customer Associate will be responsible for providing customer support, delivering exceptional customer experience, and maintaining high levels of customer service.

You will maintain mortgage information including payment postings, import and funding new loans and updating member information, processing payoffs, curtailments, monthly statements, adjustments, account research etc.

Answers members questions regarding payoffs, escrows, change of owner, note modifications, discharges, beneficiaries and other details of existing loans.

Prepares routine letters to members.

Processes monthly PMI billing to provider. Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Strong customer support, customer experience, and customer service skills

Proven sales experience

Training experience

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Knowledge of the mortgage industry is a plus

Experience & Education

One to three years of similar or related work experience. High school education or GED.
