We seek Medical Director whose experience, teaching, research, or community service has prepared them to contribute to our commitment to diversity and excellence.

The ideal candidates have a passion for care of underserved populations. This position focuses on reproductive healthcare, which includes making time-sensitive care-plan decisions, expanding our clinic’s system for triaging patient communication and results follow-up, and working collaboratively with the nursing and provider teams to ensure a seamless experience for our patients.

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Provide clinical leadership and guidance to medical staff

· Develop and implement medical policies and procedures

· Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and guidelines

· Collaborate with other departments to improve patient care

· Participate in strategic planning and decision-making

· Identifying health trends and introducing new treatments

· Planning for the implementation of new information technology

Additionally:

· Provide service excellence through courteous, informed, accessible, and professional engagement.

· Operate with discretion regarding day-to-day activities

Minimum Qualifications

· Medical degree from an accredited institution

· Board certification in a relevant specialty

· Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience

· Strong leadership and communication skills

· Experience in women’s health and/or abortion care preferred

· Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care

· Pro-abortion, LGBTQ-inclusive, body-positive, disability-inclusive.

· COVID-19 Vaccinated or willing to obtain within four weeks of hire.

· Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
