We are seeking a highly independent and detail-oriented Logistics Specialist to manage and coordinate de-installation projects for diagnostic devices. This role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to work with cross-functional teams, and excellent communication.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate de-installation and disposition activities with field teams, project teams, and logistics partners.
2. Track and communicate project activities, schedules, and updates.
3. Maintain documentation for customer asset information, process work orders, cases, and returns.
4. Research and validate customer asset records to ensure accuracy.
5. Communicate with stakeholders and resolve issues proactively.
6. Manage and review data using MS Office, Salesforce, and Oracle.

Qualifications:

1. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
2. Salesforce/Oracle knowledge a plus.
3. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
4. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
