We are seeking a highly independent and detail-oriented Logistics Specialist to manage and coordinate de-installation projects for diagnostic devices. This role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to work with cross-functional teams, and excellent communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate de-installation and disposition activities with field teams, project teams, and logistics partners.
- Track and communicate project activities, schedules, and updates.
- Maintain documentation for customer asset information, process work orders, cases, and returns.
- Research and validate customer asset records to ensure accuracy.
- Communicate with stakeholders and resolve issues proactively.
- Manage and review data using MS Office, Salesforce, and Oracle.
Qualifications:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
- Salesforce/Oracle knowledge a plus.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
