Job Description:

RCM Matter is a Medical Billing and Healthcare IT Company that provides Medical Billing, Medical Coding, Credentialing, Practice Management, Telehealth, RPM services, Digital Marketing, and SEO services.

Responsibilities:

Ensure accurate and timely coding of diagnoses and procedures, utilizing ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS classification systems.
Review medical records, including chart notes and other relevant documents, to identify areas for improvement.
Carefully examine preliminary claims and make any necessary corrections.
Perform QA and claim scrubbing before submission.
Develop policies and procedures for the billing department and implement them effectively.
Work collaboratively with physician offices to review and discuss coding analysis findings.

Requirements:

Have at least 1 years of prior experience in Medical Coding.
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in medical or relevant field.
Candidates with CPC certificate will be preferred.
Excellent in verbal and written English communication skills.
Proficient in using multiple EHRs and coding tools.
Good command over Microsoft Excel and Word.
