Seeking for a Live Operations Coordinator supporting the programming and live operations of screen-based content for mixed reality (MR) products. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, technical expertise, and the ability to manage complex workflows in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate and execute a high volume of MR events and major live operations.
2. Implement real-time content updates to refresh programming and highlight key media.
3. Manage the live operations calendar and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
4. Troubleshoot and resolve system or communication issues.
5. Curate, schedule, and prepare immersive media assets for playback.
6. Source, catalog, and improve media asset workflows.
7. Ensure content meets quality and distribution standards.
8. Create and maintain detailed process documentation.
9. Support extended event schedules, including evenings and weekends.
