Mechanical Project Manager - Hyperscale Data Center

Join our team to lead a $500 million Hyperscale Data Center project! We're seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to guide our construction team from pre-construction to project closeout, ensuring the best value for our clients.

Responsibilities:

1. Review and comment on mechanical/electrical design drawings and specifications
2. Assist in selecting MEP subcontractors and preparing RFPs
3. Manage MEP pre-bid meetings and evaluate proposals
4. Coordinate scopes, submittals, pricing, and manpower requirements
5. Develop CPM schedules for mechanical work
6. Conduct site investigations and identify deficiencies
7. Assist with project closeout and commissioning

Qualifications:

1. 8+ years of experience with mechanical/electrical contractors or general contractors
2. 2+ years of MEP estimating experience
3. Ability to read and understand mechanical/electrical code compliance and constructability issues
4. Strong communication skills for interacting with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and owners
5. Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or Construction Management, experience with REVIT, AutoCAD, estimating software, and construction management software

Travel:

1. This is a travel position for our National Operating unit. GSA per diem rates and travel home every three weeks are provided. Project duration could be 4+ years.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $140000.00 - $175000.00/yr.
