Polaris Group currently has an opening for a Remote MDS Coordinator to assist our clients in SNF/LTC facilities across the country.

Qualifications:

• Licensed registered nurse (compact license)
• at least 2 years experience as an MDSC in SNF/LTC

  Job Types: Full-time, Contract

  Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
