1. 
   
2. 3+ years of Mass Tort experience in either QSF or a law firm
3. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is strongly preferred.
4. Financial, insurance, or legal industry experience
5. Experience managing client relationships
6. Basic understanding of web development
7. Maintain the highest level of confidentiality and discretion
8. Excellent computer skills including all MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) required

What You Will Be Doing

1. Independently manage assigned cases, often simultaneously
2. Oversee case set-up and coordinate with colleagues to deliver case websites, and
3. traditional and social media campaigns
4. Leads claimant communication and claim review processes
5. Demonstrate a full and deep understanding of each case by reviewing settlement plans and
6. notice & administration plans
7. Participate in and coordinate with others to draft and format claim forms, notices, and any other
8. required documents
9.
