CMS Max is looking for a creative, hands-on marketer who can turn ideas into website pages, social media content, and videos that help our company grow.

CMS Max helps businesses manage their websites and ecommerce stores. We need someone who understands how websites work, enjoys creating content, and can connect marketing activity to results: more visibility, qualified leads, product demos, and customers.

Building partnerships, working with and understanding all our POS (Point of Sale) integrations is a key to helping grow the company. As the company grows, so will your salary!

This role is a good fit for someone who can write compelling copy, build a clean HTML page, create a social post, and put together a short video. You should be comfortable taking a project from an initial idea through publishing and measuring its performance.

In this role, you will:

• Create and update website pages, landing pages, and promotional content using HTML, CSS, and our website platform.
• Improve page layouts, messaging, and calls to action to generate more inquiries and demos.
• Plan, write, design, and publish social media posts that build awareness of CMS Max.
• Create and edit short videos, including product demonstrations, tutorials, customer stories, and social clips.
• Help showcase our website and ecommerce features through clear, engaging content.
• Develop customer success stories, email campaigns, and other marketing materials.
• Identify opportunities to improve website content, SEO, and conversion rates.
• Track campaign performance and use what you learn to improve future work.
• Work directly with our team to bring new marketing ideas to life.

We’re looking for someone with:

• Practical experience in digital marketing, website content, or a similar role.
• Working knowledge of HTML and CSS, including creating and editing responsive pages.
• An understanding of ecommerce, website usability, and how businesses generate leads online.
• Strong writing, editing, and visual communication skills.
• Experience managing business social media accounts.
• The ability to record and edit polished short videos.
• Familiarity with tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, CapCut, or similar software.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage projects independently.
• Experience marketing software or technology products, running paid campaigns, using Google Analytics, or appearing on camera is a plus.

Pay: $56,900.00 - $68,700.00 per year
