Natural Cycles° is a leading women’s health company that developed the world’s first birth control app, used by millions globally. We are a fast growing startup, and we promote an international working environment filled with smart and ambitious colleagues based in Stockholm, Geneva, New York, and remotely. Our mission is to pioneer women’s health through research and passion, empowering every woman with the knowledge she needs to take charge of her health.
As our Marketing UX Copywriter, you’re passionate about the Natural Cycles brand and inspired by our mission to pioneer women’s health. You’ll play a key role in shaping how potential customers experience and engage with us from their very first interaction.
Sitting within the marketing team and reporting to the Senior Copywriter, you’ll craft clear, empathetic, and conversion-focused copy that bridges the gap between marketing, growth, and product. Your goal is to turn complex ideas into simple, intuitive messages that guide users smoothly through acquisition journeys — from discovery to sign-up and beyond.
In this role, you’ll deepen your UX writing craft together with our Senior Copywriter while collaborating closely with designers, marketers and product partners. Together, you’ll build digital experiences that are visually cohesive, strategically written and optimized for clarity, consistency and performance.
This is a remote US-based role, with the expectation that applicants can commute to the New York office as needed.
What you will be doing
- Initiate and craft clear, engaging, and conversion-focused copy for digital experiences across acquisition channels — including landing pages, sign-up flows/quizzes, emails, in-app messages, and paid touchpoints.
- Exercise discretion and independent judgment when shaping messaging strategies, ensuring that content meaningfully supports both user needs and business objectives.
- Collaborate proactively with and advise the designers, product managers, and stakeholders to recommend content approaches that improve clarity, usability, and conversion — while maintaining alignment with broader strategic goals.
- Use A/B testing, analytics, and user feedback to refine and optimize content for impact, providing data-based recommendations and adjustments to enhance performance and impact.
- Initiate and maintain a consistent brand voice and tone across all acquisition touchpoints, taking ownership of ongoing updates to ensure coherence and long-term maintainability.
- Turn complex or technical information into approachable, user-centered messages that build understanding and trust.
- Partner with and advise design and product teams to independently create seamless, intuitive experiences that balance creativity and clarity.
- Support marketing and brand teams by connecting acquisition strategies with engaging UX content.
- Contribute to and help maintain the UX writing style guide and content framework, ensuring they remain accurate, scalable, and effective as the product grows.
- Work with research and analytics teams to understand user behavior, motivations, and pain points — using these insights to inform content strategy and recommendations.
- Advocate consistently and proactively for the user perspective, applying professional discretion in every stage of content creation, ensuring clarity and empathy in every interaction.
