Day to Day as the Marketing Specialist

- Implement marketing strategies across social channels, email, website, events, etc.
- Regularly update websites and social channels with new content to build audience engagement
- Use CRM to build marketing campaigns, customer journeys, and events, and monitors performance
- Leverage CRM to maintain marketing lists and segmented audiences to ensure content delivery
- Report on key performance indicators to demonstrate success and effectiveness of marketing activities
- Ensure marketing communications adhere to brand standards, voice, grammar, etc.
What you will bring as Marketing Specialist :
- Bachelors Degree in Marketing (or similar)
- Advanced written and verbal communications skills – able to write and edit copy, create reports, make presentations, and comprehend information from co-workers and management
- Proven success designing and implementing marketing, communications, and social media strategies
- Experience conducting Interviews for video, blogs, newsletters, website, social, etc. preferred
- Experience with marketing automation, email services, project management, and CRM software preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, current online tools, SEO, and marketing trends preferred
