100% Remote: Marketing Specialist – Law Firm (Digital Focus)

Our client, a well-established law firm, is seeking an experienced Marketing Specialist with prior law firm marketing experience to join their team immediately. This position is heavily focused on digital marketing (approximately 95% digital) and requires someone who can step in quickly and manage campaigns with minimal training.

Family law marketing experience is preferred, though candidates with marketing experience from other law firm practice areas will also be considered.

Responsibilities:

1. Plan, execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across Google Ads, YouTube, and Instagram
2. Manage paid media strategy with a strong focus on lead generation and conversion performance
3. Track, analyze, and report on digital marketing metrics, performance trends, and ROI
4. Collaborate with firm leadership to align marketing initiatives with business growth goals
5. Oversee website content updates, landing pages, and basic SEO best practices
6. Manage and optimize social media advertising campaigns
7. Ensure all marketing efforts comply with legal advertising regulations and firm branding standards

Qualifications:

1. 3+ years of marketing experience within a law firm (required)
2. Strong hands-on experience with digital advertising platforms, particularly Google Ads and social media
3. Family law marketing experience preferred, but not required
4. Highly analytical, results-oriented, and comfortable managing campaign performance
5. Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and operate in a fast-paced environment
6. Strong communication and organizational skills

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $70,000–80,000. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
