Job Description:

As a Marketing Specialist at Scrubs on Wheels, you will be at the forefront of our marketing efforts. This hybrid role combines a data-driven marketing strategy with graphic design expertise to create campaigns that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales. This is an exciting opportunity for a self-starter who is eager to work on and build a variety of impactful marketing and design projects.

Qualifications:

1. Ability to execute designs in print and digital formats.
2. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator) and preparing files for print.
3. Comfortable working in Microsoft Excel.
4. Self-starter attitude, willing to take ownership of projects.
5. Creative mindset and entrepreneurial mindset.
6. Ability to make data-driven marketing decisions.
7. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
8. Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms.
9. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Marketing Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans across print and digital channels.
2. Create and maintain brand identity guidelines.
3. Manage social media accounts and email campaigns strategically, employing data-driven strategies to enhance brand presence and engagement.
4. Write and edit marketing copy for websites, emails, blogs, and advertisements.
5. Utilize analytics tools to monitor and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
6. Drive innovative, entrepreneurial projects to further promote our brand.

Design Responsibilities

1. Design eye-catching graphics for web, social media, print, and events.
2. Produce engaging visuals, including flyers, banners, brochures, and ads.
3. Create and maintain brand identity guidelines.
4. Edit and maintain images and other multimedia assets as needed.
5. Stay updated on design trends to ensure content remains fresh and relevant.

Education & Experience:

1. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, graphic design, or related field.
2. 2+ years of experience in marketing and graphic design.
3. Design work examples or portfolio

Bonus Experience

1. Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and WordPress or similar CMS platforms.
2. Working knowledge in video editing.

Other:

1. Location: Elkhart, Indiana.
2. Occasional travel may be required.
