The Role

We’re looking for a Marketing Specialist who loves all things digital and knows how to win in eCommerce. Someone creative, data-driven, and ready to roll up their sleeves to grow traffic, build a community, and convert shoppers into loyal customers. If you’re into social trends, scaling online stores, and testing bold marketing ideas—this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

1. Run and optimize social media campaigns (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest).
2. Create content + ad copy that drives clicks and conversions.
3. Launch and manage paid ad campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok).
4. Support email + SMS campaigns for promotions and product launches.
5. Track results, report performance, and adjust strategies for growth.
6. Research market trends + competitor moves to keep ZuZu ahead of the curve.

What We’re Looking For

1. 3-5 years in digital marketing with direct eCommerce experience (required).
2. Proven results running ads, analytics, and social media management.
3. Strong writing + creative skills—can turn product features into irresistible posts.
4. Knowledge of Shopify, Klaviyo, Canva, Google Analytics (bonus points).
5. Entrepreneurial energy—ready to experiment and grow with a fast-moving startup.
