Our Concepts
Baltaire – Classic American steakhouse located in the heart of Brentwood.

FLINT by Baltaire – Contemporary restaurant in Phoenix, AZ focused on coastal Mediterranean and bold Middle Eastern flavors mixing with classic wood-fired techniques.

Encanto– Restaurant and Bar with a contemporary take on traditional Mexican cuisine in community-driven, Los Feliz.

Coral Tree Café– American kitchen offering healthy all-day dining options for breakfast, lunch and dinner. We have two locations in Los Angeles; Encino and our firstborn restaurant, Brentwood in 2002.

Mora Italiano – Love letter to Italy in the 1960’s, echoing its iconic flavors, allure and cooking culture located next to Coral Tree Café in Encino.

Comoncy – Organic-fair trade coffee shop and café. We have 5 locations, in Los Angeles; 3rd Street, Westwood & Beverly Hills along with two locations in the Phoenix area; Esplanade & Galleria.

What the Role Will Entail

  • Website management.
  • Email marketing.
  • Knowledge in PopMenu, Squarespace, GoDaddy or Webflow (prior experience is welcomed).
  • Digital listings management.
  • Knowledge in Yext (aggregator), Yelp and Google Business (prior experience is welcomed).
  • Social media management.
  • Creating and managing content calendars for Meta, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Google Posts, Yelp Connect.
  • Scheduling platforms like Later or AgoraPulse.
  • Menu and Marketing Collateral Design.
  • Adobe Suite knowledge is a plus (InDesign, Photoshop, Adobe Express).
  • Online ordering platforms.
  • Maintaining menus and integrations through Toast and Checkmate including DoorDash, GrubHub, UberEats, Ritual and ChowNow.
  • POS knowledge.
  • Gift card management.
  • Uniform design & ordering.
  • Product design and retail management.
  • Management of admin consoles such as Google Workspace.
  • Signatures, Business cards and email creation.
  • Maintaining neat storefronts and adequate signage.
  • Guest review management.
  • Google, TripAdvisor, Yelp, Rewards Network, UberEats.
  • Knowledge in MailChimp (prior experience is welcomed).
  • Regular sampling and offsite events.
  • Participating in local government and groups such as attending and representing our companies at Chamber of Commerce and Council meetings.
  • Ordering new menus, stickers, retail signage i.e. pastry case signs and other needed signage.
  • Guest review management.
  • Coordination of live music acts for various locations including scheduling, calendar planning, and finding talent.
  • Influencer Marketing and Tastemaker Series.
  • Supporting various roles within the company with anything pertinent to marketing such as people & culture, as well as operations team.
  • Ideal Candidate Will Have:
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of marketing and social media experience.
  • Strong customer service skills, with the ability to provide personalized recommendations to guests.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with a particular attention to detail.
  • Background working in restaurants and understanding restaurant operations.
