Discover Magic, based in Payson, Utah, was founded in 2014 and now teaches thousands of kids around the world each year. We’re ready to take our next exciting leap—and we want YOU to be part of it.

Location: Remote

Schedule: Monday–Thursday (Fridays off + holidays + your birthday!)

Compensation:

$24,000 base salary

15% commission on all sales

Plus performance bonuses

NOTE: Average sale is $800+, with some exceeding $10,000!

What You’ll Do:

1. Drive sales of our Magic Activity Packs to schools, camps, and enrichment programs
2. Run and optimize pay-per-click and social media ad campaigns
3. Improve website conversion rates (WIX platform)
4. Manage our monthly email newsletter
5. Refine messaging and identify ideal bulk-buying customers
6. Create, tweak, and A/B test your way to marketing magic and millions of kids being impacted for good!

What We’re Looking For:

1. Ambitious, self-motivated go-getter
2. Basic website and content creation skills
3. Loves writing ad copy and experimenting with messaging
4. Experience with Google Ads and/or social media PPC—or eager to master it
5. Passion for helping kids grow through meaningful experiences
