  3. Work with Looker, GA4, Northbeam, and VWO to support tracking, attribution, CRO testing, and data-driven optimization.
  4. Help implement and maintain marketing automation, tracking enhancements, and QA processes.

Data, Reporting & Analytics

  1. Pull and organize performance metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS, CAC, funnel metrics) for recurring reviews.
  2. Work with analytics partners to ensure data integrity and troubleshoot reporting discrepancies.
  3. Support A/B testing, landing page experiments, and CRO initiatives through VWO and analytics platforms.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  1. Partner with clinical, product, and operations teams to ensure compliant and accurate messaging in all GLP-1-related materials.
  2. Support content, design, and social teams with asset requests, timelines, and campaign requirements.
  3. Ensure all marketing materials meet healthcare advertising standards and compliance guidelines.

Qualifications

Required

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  2. 1–3 years of experience in marketing coordination, operations, or performance marketing support.
