Your primary function will be to develop marketing strategies and to ensure their successful execution.

Main responsibilities:

• Leading marketing activities
• Developing and coordinating marketing strategies across multiple channels
• Creating promotional messages and themes to drive business
• Building relationships with media outlets
• Directing the company’s social media strategy
• Deploying successful marketing campaigns with their implementation from ideation to execution
• Monitoring and improving the website and digital presence through SEO
• Managing third-party vendors and in-house employees
• Brainstorming ways to promote new initiatives
• Producing valuable and engaging content for our website and blog that attracts and converts our target groups
• Educating employees and other departments about industry marketing trends
• Analyzing advertising return and reporting findings to upper management

Skills:

• Proven marketing experience with advanced proficiency in all marketing skills
• Understanding of the principles of brand management, including brand positioning and overall campaign development
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field is preferred
• Comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics and processing figures with spreadsheets
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing
• Experience working with and managing internal team as well as external agencies
• A balance of analytical capability and creative vision
• Excellent communication (written/verbal), strategic thinking, negotiation, presentation, and "people" skills
• Must be a self-starter, organized and have an ability to prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical skills, organizational skills, with attention to detail required
• Superior interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team and successfully execute marketing tactics
• Strong achievement orientation with creative problem solving and innovative mindset
• Able to manage multiple complex projects with solid time management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
